  • DIY HOUSE MAKEOVER + AESTHETIC WALL ACCENT

    10:20

Hindi ko pala nabanggit sa videos kung magkano ang nagastos sa lahat.

Davies paint ang ginamit namin, cost PHP 560.00
    560 x 4 Davies paint = 2,240.

Skim Coat 20kg is 500 pesos.

Plus iba pang gamit like paint roller, tape.
    Estimated PHP 3,000 lahat.

Mura lang di ba? Kesa magpapinta ka ng bahay na aabot ng 30K, kung kaya mo naman edi ikaw na lang. From 30K to 3K!

  • The Making of Gabrieli

    25:26

An intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the National Brass Ensemble's recording The Making of Gabrieli, featuring interviews with John Williams and America's top orchestral brass players.

The National Brass Ensemble is comprised of the finest brass players in major orchestras across the country. There are twenty-six members, all of whom currently hold principal positions in the Cleveland Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, Boston Symphony, New York Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Detroit Symphony, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Opera Orchestra, and San Francisco Ballet Orchestra.

The musicians gathered in San Francisco/Sonoma, CA for a residency (June 9-14, 2014), which culminated in a concert at the Green Music Center on June 12 and recording sessions at the Skywalker Ranch. Repertoire included excerpts from Gabrieli’s innovative Sacrae symphoniae (1597), arranged for this ensemble by San Francisco Symphony trombonist Tim Higgins, and the debut of a new work by celebrated film composer John Williams. The concert was pursued in partnerships with the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and the Green Music Center at Sonoma State University.

Generously supported by Oberlin alumnus Dr. Joseph Markoff, the project was inspired by a historic, Grammy Award-winning recording, The Antiphonal Music of Gabrieli, featuring the legendary brass ensembles of the Chicago Symphony and the Philadelphia and Cleveland orchestras. It has been long admired as the definitive modern performance of Giovanni Gabrieli’s works.

  • How to Mix Acoustic Sessions | ADAM Audio

    25:05

    How to Mix Acoustic Sessions

ADAM Audio National Product Specialist & accomplished mix engineer, Alex Spencer, walks through how he mixed an original acoustic session from April Kry, recorded & filmed live at ADAM Audio headquarters in Nashville, TN.

Mixing acoustic sessions can be difficult, but we hope this video helps you.

For any questions or product details, email usa-info@adam-audio.com or visit adam-audio.com and don't forget to like & subscribe for more content!

ADAM Audio was founded in March 1999 in Berlin. Since then the company has been developing, manufacturing and distributing loudspeakers in the field of Professional Audio.

The development of the X-ART (eXtended Accelerating Ribbon Technology) tweeter based on the 1960’s invention of the Air Motion Transformer by Oskar Heil was largely responsible for the company’s founding. Producing sound not with a piston-like diaphragm as is done in most of the loudspeakers that are on the market, but using a pleated diaphragm that is capable of moving the air 4 times faster than the folds themselves are moving was the appealing idea behind it all. The achieved results were intriguing and gave ample reason for moving forward.

  • THROWBACK to How TAXI Music Got Started, COVID-19 Music Opportunities, and MORE!

    1:1:23

On this week's episode of TAXI's Quarantini Happy Hour, Michael (TAXI Music CEO) goes over old photos and memorabilia from when TAXI Music first got its start, he announces some exciting new COVID-19 music opportunities, AND then he does a surprise phone call to one of our lucky viewers! Tune in to find out!

Our weekly TAXI TV audience loves nothing more than enjoying a frothy libation and socializing in the chat room while watching the live broadcast.

They inspired us to create a live, real-time place where we can all relax and hang out with musicians of all types from all over the world. We’re experiencing this pandemic together, after all. Every one of us!

It’s sadly ironic that it took a pandemic to bring us all together, but meeting new friends who also love creating and producing music might be a silver lining :-)

And like TAXI TV and the TAXI Road Rally convention, we want to keep it very supportive and friendly! Trolls will be excommunicated on the spot ;-)

We’ll be joined by some TAXI All-Stars from time to time, as well as some of my music industry friends, so drop by and meet them!

Let’s Turn This into a “Thing”!
    We only ask two things:
    1. Be polite and respectful.

    2. Tell every musician you know about the TAXI Music Quarantini Happy Hour, and here’s why…

If our community gets big enough, I’ve got gear manufacturers that will give us microphones, software, guitars, books, and keyboards to give away for… wait for it… yes, FREE!

    Spread the Word!
So forward this email, post about it on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and any music-related groups, chats, or forums you know of. If we can get our audience to hit 1,000 people during the live show, I can get my hands on some great stuff to give away!

I cook my boyfriend Food, Love, Support what he likes, and actually find it cute. We just eat completely opposite. But what i LOVE is that we don't judge each other or look at each other like we're crazy. We both let each other do what makes us happy.
    • WHY I CHOSE VEGAN:
I rarely ate or cared for meat and dairy that much. What my taste buds really crave is most often vegetables & grains and FROZEN GRAPES! So naturally, without even thinking about it, i sort of dove into this lifestyle. I figured i would officially start the Vegan Lifestyle, & show others.. and try to inspire, educate & get to know my fans more.

    LYRICS:
    You never called me back,
    Like you said you would,
    I couldn't read the facts,
    Guess I misunderstood,

    I'm just not over you,
    So don't expect me to,
Sit back and watch you slip away,
    Hey,

    I'm Holding onto You,
    You,
    I'll never make it through,
    I'm no good alone,
    I can't let you go,
    I'm Holding onto You,
    I'm Holding onto,

    I'm like a puppet tied,
    Upon your piece of string,
    Only way to get by,
    With you I'm hustling,

    I'm just not over you,
    So don't expect me to,
Sit back and watch you slip away,
    Hey,

    I'm Holding onto You,
    You,
    I'll never make it through,
    I'm no good alone,
    I can't let you go,
    I'm Holding onto You,
    I'm Holding onto You,

Don't tell me what you see,
Cause I can't bear to breathe without you,
    Lying next to me,
Don't tell me what you feel,
Cause I can't bear to breathe if you don't,
    Tell me that it's real,

    I'm Holding onto You,
    You,
    I'll never make it through,
    I'm no good alone,
    I can't let you go,
    I'm Holding onto You,

    I'm Holding onto You,
    You,
    I'll never make it through,
    I'm no good alone,
    I can't let you go,
    I'm Holding onto You,
    I'm Holding onto You
