    I’m gonna post up some hillbilly workout videos to help people at home make sure they are taking care of their health without a gym. The first one is kettlebells... I’m gonna swing a 135lb Kettlebell for 25 reps in a set. I don’t have one that heavy, so my 124lb @roguefitness bell has been hillbilly modified. I figured some people might have one kettlebell sitting in the corner and they might need to adjust its weight for different exercises. I’m gonna post up more videos with some no equipment body weight exercises and some things you can use instead of gym gear you might have laying around. Go to our Instagram and see who all I challenged! Get out your duct tape and let’s see what y’all got! Full 90 degree reps now!!! No half reps! If you are new to kettlebell swings, remember keep a tight core, flat back, and don’t swing with your arms... use your butt and hamstrings. Enjoy!

    Każdy ma takie filmy, które pozostają w prywatnej kolekcji i nagrywane są tylko po to aby ocenić technikę i wyszukać ewentualne błędy, słabe ogniwa i obszary w których tkwi największy potencjał. No i może podbudować ego ????

    To jeden z takich filmów, nagrany jeszcze w czasach, kiedy sala była otwarta dla ludzi i trenowaliśmy razem. Czyli całkiem niedawno :) ????

    Snatche na odważniku 48kg, po 3 na rękę. Jeszcze nie mam na tyle pewności aby zrobić to z przekładką ????

    Warto dodać, że do wrzucenia tego filmu zainspirował mnie niesamowity gość Michał Chrościelewski, który ostatnio zadziwił faceeboki swoim snatchem na tym samym odważniku, w ilości 10 sztuk, w formie dużo ładniejszej. I to jemu dedykuję moją próbę ????
