  • How Tesla & SpaceX CEO Elon Musk spends his billions !!!!

Elon Musk’s net worth is soaring in 2020, as Tesla’s surging stock price has roughly quadrupled since the start of the year.

Musk owns about 20% of Tesla’s stock, a stake that’s worth more than $50 billion, according to research firm Wealth-X. Overall, Musk’s personal net worth is estimated to be at least $66.7 billion, according to Wealth-X, which provided with estimates of the value of Musk’s assets as of August 13 2020. The rest of Musk’s net worth includes a stake in private aerospace startup SpaceX that Wealth-X values at $15.3 billion, along with cash and other substantial holdings, including multiple multimillion-dollar real estate holdings.

In fact, Tesla’s stock continued to soar this week ahead of a stock split later this month which Wall Street analysts believe could cause even more demand for the hot stock.

Tesla’s billionaire CEO, who is also the chief executive of SpaceX and founder of The Boring Company, has jumped up the billionaire rankings amid Tesla’s stock surge. Musk is now firmly in the top 10 of Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index, ranking fourth, just ahead of France’s LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault and behind Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg. That’s a substantial rise for Musk, who ranked 46th on the Billionaires Index in May 2019.

So how does one of the world’s wealthiest people make and spend his fortune?

When he’s not busy running multiple companies, Musk is pretty active in the real estate market. After Musk tweeted in early May that he planned to sell off nearly all of his physical possessions and “own no house,” multiple properties owned by the billionaire reportedly hit the market, including a 47-acre estate located in Hillsborough, California, a pricey location in the San Francisco Bay Area.

That property, which features a 10-bedroom Mediterranean-style mansion built in 1916, has an asking price of roughly $35 million.

In June, Musk reportedly sold a 16,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom mansion in Los Angeles’ Bel Air neighborhood for $29 million to a Chinese tech billionaire, CEO William Ding, according to The Wall Street Journal.

In 2012, Musk joined the likes of Warren Buffett and Bill Gates in signing The Giving Pledge, promising to contribute a majority of his wealth to charitable causes over his lifetime.

In 2015, Musk gave $10 million to the Future of Life Institute, which is aimed at ensuring that artificial intelligence technology is “beneficial to humanity.” And in 2016 he reportedly donated Tesla stock valued at $255 million to his own charitable foundation, called the Musk Foundation.

    3. CARS

Not surprisingly, the electric car CEO also owns a few interesting vehicles. In a 2013 Sotheby’s auction, Musk paid nearly $1 million for a rare 1976 Lotus Esprit sports car that was used in the filming of the 1977 James Bond film “The Spy Who Loved Me.” In the movie, the sports car actually transformed into a submarine.)
Musk’s stable of cars also reportedly includes a 1920 Ford Model T, which he says was a gift from a friend, as well as a Jaguar Series 1 1967 E-type Roadster. In 2017, Musk said those two cars were the only two gasoline-powered cars he owned, though he’s previously owned everything from a 1978 BMW 320i (the first car he ever owned) to a McLaren F1, a rare sports car that Musk says he wrecked in 2000 after buying it for $1 million.

Musk has said in the past that he typically only invests money in his own companies. In 2018, Musk himself contributed roughly 90% of the $112.5 million raised that year by his company, The Boring Company, according to The New York Times.

However, in recent years he has also invested undisclosed amounts as a financial backer for tech companies like the artificial intelligence startup DeepMind and the neurotechnology startup NeuroVigil.

Wealth-X reports that Musk also owns $950,000 in exercisable stock options in Tesla, which along with his more than $50 billion stake in the company, accounts for more than 76% of his total net worth.

Meanwhile, Musk’s SpaceX holdings, which Wealth-X values at $15.3 billion, account for almost 23% of his total net worth. The private aerospace corporation recently made history with its first launch of NASA astronauts into space.

Musk also has roughly $660 million in estimated “proceeds from previous salaries, bonuses, investments, dividends and stock transactions,” according to Wealth-X.

Musk famously does not accept a salary as Tesla’s CEO. However, in May, Musk earned the first portion of his massively incentivized pay package that Tesla’s shareholders approved in 2018.

  • Elon Musk on past SpaceX failures and why he pushed past them

I asked Elon Musk what advice he has for the dreamers who face the same kind of adversity and doubt he faced when he was building SpaceX. Here's what I got from his response:

You're not alone: Nearly everyone suffers from self-doubt and imposter syndrome. But, if you believe hard enough in what you're building, you keep pushing past the doubt, fear, and you tune out the naysayers... because it's too important to give in. You keep pushing, learning quickly from mistakes and failures. With hard work and perseverance, you can accomplish anything.

This was a question I asked during the Demo 1 post-launch NASA press briefing on March 2, 2019. In the wee hours of that morning, SpaceX hit a major milestone during the flawless launch. It was the first time a commercial company sent a capsule to space that was intended for humans. This was an un-crewed test flight that would provide SpaceX the data needed to prepare for their next human flight. The two astronauts in this video, Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley, will be the first to fly on that test mission.

Elon's original vision for SpaceX remains the same today, 17 years later: Bring down the cost of spaceflight, making it possible to send humans to Mars... to stay. This major milestone gets us several steps closer to that goal.

  • Elon Musks SpaceX Could Become Aerospace Giant Worth $120 Billion

Brave Browser - Most Powerful & Advanced Browser in the World

A new Morgan Stanley study suggests that privately-held rocket company SpaceX, founded by billionaire and serial entrepreneur Elon Musk, could reach a value of $120 billion. This valuation would make SpaceX about triple the size of Musk’s electric vehicle company Tesla Inc. (TSLA), and larger than aerospace companies such as Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC), Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) and Raytheon Co. (RTN), who currently have valuations at $64 billion, $112 billion and $56 billion, respectively.

    Starlink Project
The report, named SpaceX, Starlink and Tesla: Moving into Orbit?, outlines the potential for giant profits at SpaceX, and the potential for disruption of the internet industry with SpaceX's planned constellation of nearly 12,000 satellites, called Starlink. Musk’s goal is to surround Earth with high-speed, low-latency and affordable internet access, to replace larger, older and more expensive spacecraft that current reside about 22,236 miles away from Earth. Starlink’s satellites, by contrast, would be about 1,000 miles away from Earth, improving coverage and bandwidth and providing an enhanced connection. The deployment would give SpaceX six times the number of all operational spacecraft in orbit.

In May, SpaceX successfully launched 60 experimental Starlink internet satellites, garnering the company a valuation of $33.3 billion, per CNBC, citing people familiar with recent fundraising rounds.

This assumes that expanding access to the internet drives broadband penetration from 50% to 75% of the global population, with SpaceX able to capture ~10% of the incremental broadband subscribers, the analysts wrote. Morgan Stanley gives a bull case valuation at $120 billion, assuming that the satellite internet business is able to take a “greater share” of the incremental broadband subscribers. The analysts’ base valuation of around $52 billion for SpaceX would still be larger than Tesla’s $43.6 billion value, as shares of the Palo Alto automaker have tumbled near 26% in 2019.

While government documents indicate that Starlink may reach 12,000 satellites by the end of 2027, SpaceX plans to get a robust network up and running within the next couple of years.

Initiative Could Net $30B to $50B Annually
In May, Musk indicated that Starlink could net $30 billion to $50 billion in annual revenue once it is operational if it succeeded in capturing a few percent of the global telecommunications market. SpaceX estimates that the feat that could cost the aerospace company $10 billion or more per year. He also noted that Starlink would have consistent partial coverage with 400 satellites and would be “economically viable” with 1,000 satellites.

I think within a year and a half, maybe two years — if things go well — SpaceX will probably have more satellites in orbit than all other satellites combined,” he added, as cited by Business Insider.

  • How Much Money Elon Musk Spends On SpaceX Technology

Welcome back, Alien Kid fans! At the time of their creation back in 2002, SpaceX was venturing into a very new territory with the private sector getting into space. And now, the Elon Musk company is worth billions of dollars! None of this could have been possible without the incredible tech the team at SpaceX have developed. Today, we’re going to look at some of their biggest successes. We’ll explore what each piece does and the various costs of creating it. Plus, we’ll take a gander at the mountain of cash SpaceX have made for each of their technological marvels.
Now for the spoiler paragraph. If you like surprises, we suggest you stop reading and watch the video multiple times. We start off with the rocket that got their name in legend by being the first of its kind, the Falcon 1. We then have one of the most important aspects of their rockets, the Dragon capsule. Which is meant to keep the astronauts safe. We’ll then explore the Falcon 9 which has made over 100 launches since its creation. We have the autonomous spaceport drone ships which are named after the work of science-fiction writer Iain M. Banks.
We have the heavy reusable launcher the Falcon Heavy which is really powerful! Next is the Starship which has ambitions to take civilians to the moon and mars. Then we have Starlink. A vast collection of communication satellites that can provide the world with high-speed internet. Finally, we’ll briefly explore NASA’s Space Shuttle Programme and the cost behind it.

  • Elon Musk overcome with emotion after SpaceXs 1st astronaut launch

SpaceX founder Elon Musk was choked up with emotion after his company successfully launched astronauts to space for the first time on Saturday (May 30).

I'm really quite overcome with emotion on this day, so it's kind of hard to talk, frankly, Musk said in a post-launch press conference at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida Saturday evening. It's been 18 years working towards this goal, so it's hard to believe that it's happened.

Musk's comments came a few hours after SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from the center's historic Launch Complex 39A, carrying a Crew Dragon spacecraft with NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley on board.

By successfully launching its new Crew Dragon spacecraft with astronauts on board for the first time, SpaceX became the first private company to launch astronauts for NASA. The crewed test flight, called Demo-2, is also the first crewed launch from the United States since the space shuttle program ended in 2011. SpaceX and Boeing were both selected for NASA's commercial crew program to wean the agency off its dependence on Russia's Soyuz to fly astronauts after the shuttle program was retired.

  • Why Elon Musk Wants to Nuke Mars - SpaceX Starship Update

In the late hours of Thursday 15th August evening, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk made a bizarre declaration over Twitter.
“Nuke Mars!” he told his 27.8 million followers.
A tech billionaire acquiring nukes to smash into the nearest planet seems like a scrapped James Bond storyline, but Musk has previously claimed there’s scientific merit to the idea. Musk has a different idea about to turn uninhabitable places into lovely new neighborhoods.
Back in 2015, the billionaire famously suggested the best way to ‘terraform’ Mars and make it suitable for human habitation is by hitting it with nuclear weapons.
The theory behind Elon’s plan relies on melting the polar ice caps of Mars to release CO2 into the atmosphere to create a greenhouse effect which increases pressure and temperature. Meaning humans could potentially move around Mars with just a breathing apparatus. Musk’s other idea is a giant, artificial sun that gradually releases the gas over time. Nuclear weapons sounds like a drastic idea, but compared to pulsating suns, it could be both faster and slightly more realistic.
The optics are questionable, to say the very least. During a 2015 appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Musk mentioned the same idea and Colbert responded with incredulity: “You’re a supervillain! That’s what a supervillain does!”
Mars is not particularly hospitable to humans right now, so the logic behind nuking the planet is that humans could intervene to make it more hospitable.
Scientists were not entirely convinced by Elon’s plan and feared nuking the Red Planet would be counterproductive and make it even less hospitable.
In This video Engineering Today will discuss, Why Elon Musk Wants to Nuke Mars? How the Plan Could Work? Why It May Not Work practically?
    Let’s get into details.

    90 FOR LIFE

    Your Foundation for Optimal Health
True health begins when we give our body the nutrients it needs to thrive. However, so many of our diets lack the basic nutritional needs to survive; much less thrive. Find out why you may not be getting the nutrients you need to maintain your health and what specific blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids can help you live your healthiest. @

You don’t get the nutrition you need from food alone.
Even if you think you eat well, get enough sleep, exercise and live a healthy, active lifestyle, is it enough? Surprisingly, the Centers for Disease Control show 76 percent of adults do not meet fruit intake recommendations, and 87 percent do not meet vegetable intake recommendations.

Our consumption of sugar, fat, and carbohydrates has never been higher while depleted soil, crop changes and seasonal inconsistencies are yielding less nutrient-dense food. Our bodies are desperate for nutrients but can’t solely rely on our food sources to deliver them anymore. This is why Youngevity’s 90 For Life™ system was created. @

    90 Essential Nutrients
Youngevity has taken the 90 For Life nutrients needed to thrive and created the Healthy Body Start Pak. This optimal mix of 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and a powerful blend essential fatty acids has been molded from decades of research to deliver advanced nutrition. 90 carefully selected nutrients your body needs to thrive and feel its best. @

Space travel is the only technical realm in which regression is happened. Despite better, faster and cheaper ways of getting stuff done from the drawing board to final realizations. Ever since I was a child we've been told that the next moon landing, moon base or any other mega space project - is only 5-10 years away. So far, we have spacemen answering school children's questions on a frequent basis.
