Blues Guitar Lessons:
My lessons are FREE, but I would appreciate a small donation from those who use them regularly -- $5 to $10. That's a one-time payment that will help cover the costs of my spending time on this instead of giving regular lessons - that would cost you a LOT more. I cannot continue doing these free lessons without it paying off a little. Thanks!

Sweet Home Chicago
7:11
Sweet Home Chicago is a popular blues standard in the twelve bar form. It was first recorded and is credited to have been written by Robert Johnson. Over the years the song has become one of the most popular anthems for the city of Chicago despite ambiguity in Johnson's original lyrics.

Albert Collins ~ I Aint Drunk
6:37
Albert Collins and band losing their cool at Buddy Guy's Legends club.
Albert Collins (Leona, Texas, 1 October 1932 - 24 November, 1993) was a musician, guitarist and blues singer. He had many nicknames given by fans as The Ice Man (Iceman) and The Master of the Telecaster.
Born in Leona, Texas, Collins formed his first band in 1952, and two years later it was the main attraction at various clubs of Blues Houston, Texas. In the late 50s, he chose the Fender Telecaster as his equipment, and developed a unique style with tunings in smaller tones, sustained notes and attacked with the right fingers. He also frequently used a capo on his guitar, particularly in the 5th., 7th. and 9a. home
The music is the art of expressing feelings. It is a tool to express what is going on in the soul, the heart and mind

B.B. King, Buddy Guy and Eric Clapton Live in 2005
6:59
Buddy Guy was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005 by friends, fellow Hall of Fame Inductees and blues guitar heroes B.B. King and Eric Clapton.
That trio then performed Let Me Love You Baby in a knockout blues showcase where the mutual admiration and camaraderie was palpable and the charged playing singularly evocative. It's a Hall of Fame moment that – like the music of BB King – will always be treasured.
